It is large and specious apartment, it has 3 bedrooms living and dining rooms with one bathroom . It is 5 minutes walking from Arlington Height and close to Ottoson Middle School and Peirce Elementary School.
No required to pay agent fees and last month deposit-one year lease is required 3500 plus utilities bills- one garage parking and one is street parking-2 car parking-currently under construction and expected to be ready from November 1st.
